About us

At Avenue Veterinary Centre in Grantham, we provide comprehensive care for cats, dogs, and small animals. Our services include:

• Reception: We have a large welcoming reception area which, like other areas of the practice, is fully air conditioned for the comfort of our patients and staff.
• Consulting Rooms: We have four consulting rooms equipped with computers where all your pets’ details are stored.
• Cat Ward: We have separate dog and cat wards in order to reduce stress to our patients.
• Dog Ward: Our separate dog ward has a range of kennel sizes to accomodate all breeds of dogs.
• Preparation Room: In this room we carry out minor surgery, dental work, and shave and prepare animals for surgery.
• Operating Theatres: We have two separate operating theatres with modern tables, lighting and anaesthetic equipment.
• Laboratory: Our laboratory is fully equipped with the latest blood analysers which often allow us to provide same day results. We also provide in-house cytology, parasitology and urine analysis.
• Digital Radiography: We offer digital radiography which enables us to provide high quality disgnostic images for our patients. We are also able to carry out ultrasonography on site.
